The Workshop includes 12 months of learning from experts. As a community we will explore topics related to your health and wellness: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental and social, to inspire and support each other.
Each month will include:
- A Live 1-hour Virtual Education Session delivered by experts in the field
- A Live Q &A Support Session moderated by the Obesity Matters Team
- A Recorded session on Movement, Breath Work, and Mindfulness
- A Session featuring a Nutritious Recipe to try at your convenience!
